He holds a degree in Public Accounting from the Escuela Superior de Comercio y Administración (ESCA).
Sergio joined our Firm in 1988. He was assigned to the Grant Thornton office in Los Angeles, California, as part of the Firm’s secondment program.
Additionally, Sergio participated in sessions of the Advanced Manager Programme implemented by GTI starting in November 2008. He also served as a reviewer for the GTAR Programme in the Grant Thornton offices in Argentina and Colombia.
He has been involved in the review of SEC filings (Form 20-F) and has carried out special Due Diligence engagements.
He has extensive experience as an auditor across multiple industries, including financial services, manufacturing, commercial, hospitality, and service sectors.
